The list below presents some of the recent assignments implemented by LJBAS :

2024 (ongoing): Design of a regional project to prevent and disrupt illicit traffic taking place on the main roads in West Africa . The project should have a budget of 20 Mi EUR and should benefit to 10 countries in the region. Field missions took place between April and June 2024.

2024: ROM evaluation of the Euromed Police project implemented by CEPOL and Europol

2023: Evaluation of three projects aiming at protecting migrants funded by EU (20 Mio Euros of grants from the FFU), and implemented by European NGOs in Senegal, Gambia, Guinea, Burkina Faso, Niger, Mali, and Ivory Coast.

2023: Evaluation of four labour migration project (grants) , funded by the EU (8 Mio Euros), managed by ICMPD and implemented by European entities in Belgium, France, Lithuania and Spain.

2022: Evaluation of 4 grant projects (total 2 Mio EUR) funded by the PMI IMPACT fund against illicit trade

2022: Evaluation of the project "Civil protection in Ivory Coast", funded by EC (10 Mi Euros) and implemented by "Expertise France" (FR) and Civipol (FR)

2022: Evaluation of the project "Legal frameworks for maritime control in Cameroun, Gabon and Sao Tomé-et-Principe (PASSMAR)" funded by EC (3.5 Mi Euros), implemented by UNODC

2021: Evaluation of the project "Soutien à la gestion intégrée des frontières et de la migration au Maroc". The project is funded by the EU trust fund, managed by the European Commission (DG Near) and implemented by FIIAPP.

2021 : Evaluation of the project "Security Sector Governance Facility" . The project is funded by EU (IcSP), managed by the European Commission (FPI) and implemented by DCAF.

2021: Evaluation of the project “Counter Terrorism in the Middle East and North Africa (CT MENA)” The project is funded by the EU (IcSP), managed by the European Commission (Aidco B5, now FPI) and implemented by a consortium of EU entities headed by Expertise France.

2020: Evaluation of 18 grant projects (budget 18 Mio EUR) funded by the PMI IMPACT initiative against illicit trade

2019 : Evaluation of the programme "EU Emergency Trust Fund for stability and addressing root causes of irregular migration and displaced persons in Africa (EUTF)". The trust fund is managed jointly by DEVCO and DG NEAR . It is funded by several EU financial instruments (EDF, DCI, ENI, etc.) and by direct contributions from EU Member States and other donors.

2019: Evaluation of the EU-funded project “Support to the Integrated border and migration management in Libya", funded by EUTF, managed by DG NEAR and implemented by the Italian Ministry of Interior of Italy

2019: Evaluation of the EU-funded project "Euromed Police Phase 4" implemented by Civipol in cooperation with Europol, Cepol and Interpol. The project was launched by DG NEAR (European Commission).

2018: Evaluation of the EU-funded project «Support to policy planning and implementation of the Tunisian counter-terrorism strategy » implemented by Civipol.

2018: Evaluation of the EU-funded Project in Tunisia « Projet de réhabilitation des centres de commandements et de soutien opérationnels et de fourniture d’équipements pour la réforme du secteur de la sécurité (RCC/RSS) ». This project implemented by UNOPS was managed by the EU Delegation in Tunis
